1) My son won't wear anything else now. - My wife happened across these while shopping at a local department store. She bought them for my 7 year old son to see if he would like them. He loves them. You can often find him streaking through our house wearing nothing but his boxers. They fit well and are cut with comfort in mind. I think often kid's underwear are made with the idea that all they need is superman on the rear to sell them. We have ordered 2 more packs from Amazon for the price she paid for the one pack at another store. Great buy.

2) Fruit of the Loom Big Boys' Assorted Boxer Briefs-Size Large fits 25 -28" Waist - From past experience with Fruit of the Loom Size Chart I measured my 10 year old prior to ordering. My son is slim, not skinny. He is a straight up and down strong string-bean with a little bit of baby fat quickly fading away.
Hope my Sizing Guide will help those who are wondering what size to buy. I made the big mistake of going only by weight when my little guy first started wearing Fruit of the Loom Briefs at age 3. I carry a measuring tape in my hand bag-never know when I might run into a bargain.

Chest 28" (For those wishing to buy the matching Fruit of the Loom T-Shirts (Size L or XL for hanging out and sleeping)
Belly Button: 25"
2" Below Belly Button is 28" (This is where his briefs are comfortable.) He has a long waist and the rise on the Fruit of the Loom Boys Briefs do not normally reach the belly button, but hit at a "very comfortable" approximately 2 inches below the Belly Button.
Mid Hip (Widest part of Hip) 30"
Mid Thigh: 17" Fits smoothly on mid thigh-not too tight nor too loose with room for growth spurts.
Based on my measurements I ordered a size Large-14/16. The briefs arrived in two days. Colors came in Navy, Grey, Deep Red, Black and White. Well made, fantastic fit, fade resistant and "very comfortable" according to my son. He is extremely picky so I take that comment literally.
Although 28" waist fell on the cusp of XL I ordered L (14-16) I based this on the rise of the brief, knowing from prior purchases of this undergarment it would not reach the belly bottom area, but fall approximately two inches below the smaller part of his waist. I knew based on 25" at his belly button an XL would be too big.
Only con: Size Chart is a little off for some kids.
Just a thought: Better price here than at Wal-Mart. I am going back while I am here to buy more because I like my son to change his briefs every day. I will also be purchasing the Fruit of the Loom Boys T-Shirts. My not so little guy loves jumping into freshly laundered Fruit of the Loom Briefs and T-Shirts before hopping into bed. I have been buying this brand since my son was potty trained. Fantastic product.
